14th cultural and sport conference of special Olympics on 3th march hosted by Iran down syndrome center coincides with world down syndrome day and with participation of 200 athletes and about 250 coaches and their families held in Alzahra sport complex. Participants competed in Boccia, weightlifting and Track and field. they are members of supportive association such as Gilan, Mazandaran, Golestan, Semnan, Shahriar, Karaj. This associations includes Iranian down syndrome center, Gilan down syndrome center, Khorshid Association of Tehran, Soha, Autism association, Behkosh from Golestan provience, Faramehr from Mazandaran, Beheshtian from Karaj, Tavanyaban from Damghan, Ahesteh Gaman from Tehran, Alzahra center from Damghan.Special Olympics is active as sport and non sport programs to promote physical and psychological condition of people who have mental disorders. The conference start at 8:30 Am and all people exercised together then all athletes settled in Lawn and after grouping competed. 
A special part of this day considered for kids and they competed each other with presence of their mothers and Mrs. rozita Borhani the therapist of center.
