(Teaching English to Children with Down syndrome usually begins after age children are able to talk normally. Teaching language to children and adults using (Phoenix) begins and kids with this method have the ability to read and write, along with teaching and reading and writing some additional supportives  include (flash card, short poems, English, etc.) to learn and memorize English words are used. it should be noted that children with Down syndrome have a great talent for learning English and their progress in this regard are very high)
